We want to know about you so that we can match you to the right position. . We'll bring you into our living room to meet you in person. We want to know about the type of company that you think would be a good match. Also, we want to identify what drives you so that we can ensure that we meet all of your short-term and long-term career goals

DATABASE OF JOBS

We've got a database full of the top jobs in San Diego. We also cast out a wide net based on your particular career goals. We also interview the company so that we understand the position inside and out. It is important that we understand both parties so that we can make a strong match that will be a win-win for everyone.

THE PITCH

Once we figure out that you are a great match for the job, we'll ask you if you are interested in working with one of our over 150 client companies. We're hooked into every kind and size of company: from start ups to Fortune 100 companies who are looking for IT specialists like you.

Don't worry, we'll never pitch you to any company without your permission. Once we've got your 'go-ahead', we make a personal, specific pitch to the client that highlights your specific qualities and skills. We don't just forward your resume. We actually take time to promote you as a whole package. This is a critical step because highlight the specific hard and soft skills that make you a good fit for the job.

INTERVIEW & POST INTERVIEW

We'll work with you and the company to coordinate the best time for a job interview. We prepare you for the interview by providing you with the highlights about what the company is seeking. This will give you an insiders edge to the interview that gives you a leg up on the competition.

The interview is just one step along the road. We follow up to find out what you think, and what how the company felt about the interview. We keep everyone in the loop with the most recent developments.

MANAGING OFFERS TO A CLOSE

When the company decides that you are a fit, we manage the salary negotiation process. This is the most crucial and sensitive stage in the hiring process. You will benefit from our years of experience in the industry. Since we have existing relationships with the company, the final negotiation phase is predictable and stress free.
